The pandemic has had tremendous impacts on all of our lives- leaving us feeling weary and worn out and leading many of us to realize our own struggles with mental health issues. We have all had to come to grips with struggles and difficulties we had never had to deal with before. With this in mind, we want to offer a seminar with the goal being to encourage us all towards healthier patterns, habits, and thinking, and ultimately point towards the hope that we have in Christ alone. The Seminar will focus on issues such as anxiety, isolation and anger, that have become all the more frequent throughout the pandemic. We will be having a few special speakers who work in the field of mental health, providing tools and strategies on how to cope with the stresses and challenges of the pandemic. The aim of our speakers will be to equip us all to know how to avoid dangerous activities and thinking in order to create healthy patterns and improve our overall health. We trust that this can be an encouragement and blessing for all who attend and can help us all to work towards ending the pandemic in an even better mental state than we were at the beginning!
