We often make cost benefit calculations about our obedience to God. We say things like, “I don’t think it’ll make that much difference anyway,” or “I did everything God wanted and it still didn’t work out.” This message looks at a person who was extraordinarily faithful and yet it didn’t seem to ‘work.’ It didn’t seem to change much.
